As soon as your order's been shipped from our end, you'll be sent a confirmation email containing a Track and Trace number. You can use this to track your order from our door to yours.
Any orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day, otherwise we'll get around to it the following work day. This email will go the address you used to create your account. Make sure you check your spam folder, too!
If you haven't received a confirmation email and it's been a couple of days, get in touch with us by submitting a new support ticket and we'll find out what's going on with your order.
