Unless otherwise specified, all products we sell come with a one year warranty to cover any faults that may occur through normal use. If your product has failed within this period, please submit a support ticket we'll arrange for your item to be repaired or replaced.


Please include the following information when submitting a ticket:

• A description of the fault (photos are even better!)

• The order number it was purchased with (you can find this in the My Account page)
